Olivia Burton, 23, moves to California with his friend – Francis Morales, 24 – on the wishes of their respective family members. Francis’ mother Lillian is a devout Catholicism that rejects her son’s cohabitation and makes her feelings known in the form of violent, religious -themed postcards. Despite these objections, young lovers fit together in their new, exciting life together. Their bliss, however, is interrupted after the freak accident leaves Francis physically and mentally wounded.
