Synopsis
Eva (Odessa Young), a 19th-century widow, is faced with a difficult decision when a ship sinks off the coast of her remote fishing outpost in the middle of a particularly harsh winter. Eva and her crew must choose between rescuing the castaways or surviving the winter on their last food. Faced with the consequences of their choices and racked with guilt, the townspeople struggle with a growing sense of dread and come to believe that they are all being punished for their decisions.
